  • How far in advance should I book the rental items?
    It's best to book as early as possible, especially during peak seasons. We recommend reserving your items at least 2-3 weeks before your event, but we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.
  • What style & size tents, tables, and chairs do you offer?
    Let us know your event size, and we can recommend the perfect tent, tables, and chairs for your needs.   • Do you charge for damages or missing items?
    Yes, we charge for any damages or missing items. We take inventory before and after the event, and any necessary charges will be applied based on the damage or loss. We recommend handling all items with care to avoid additional charges.
  • Can I customize the layout of tables and chairs?
    Absolutely! We’re happy to work with you on customizing the layout to fit your event’s needs. You can choose from a variety of table and chair styles, and we’ll help you arrange them in the best configuration. Just let us know your vision!
  • Do you accept credit card?
    Yes, we accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There is a 3.5% transaction fee though!
